Tony Delfin is a first-generation citizen, born in Chicago and raised in Kentucky. He has traveled all over the East Coast adding management experience and culinary knowledge to his repertoire. He began his culinary career 36 years ago with an introduction to hospitality in the hotel food & beverage business. From there he climbed the ladder of the fast-paced restaurant scene, working as everything from a dishwasher to an owner. Delfin has managed restaurants in Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, always striving to give customers the best experience possible. With his expansive culinary expertise in cuisines from around the world, Delfin’s never-ending passion for food drives his creativity. It is with his lifelong career and motivation that gives Tony the ability to branch off into his latest venture.
